[COMPLETED] Urgent Migration & Upgrade of TechnoDG Server scheduled on 21/09/2022

Greetings from TechnoDG...

In a sudden turn of events during our regular maintenance of the servers yesterday the data center team has observed some issues in the hardware and network components of the TechnoDG Server. To avoid any unpleasant service outage in the coming days or data loss all the VMs, accounts and data on the server needs to be migrated on an urgent basis.

During the process all the hosted systems and accounts shall be migrated to a newly configured heavy duty NVMe server setup. The process may take up to 10 – 12 hours to complete. Please find the migration schedule below:

Start Date: 21^st September 2022 at 9:00 PM IST

Completion Date: 22^nd September 2022 at 9:00 AM IST

Scope of Work:
Our data center team will shut down the Server, VMs and migrate it to the new server. Our team will also retain the IPs on the new server.

Not to mention as a part of our Quality assurance policy, we do regularly upgrade our infrastructure to meet the Industry standards and resource requirement, to facilitate automation, incorporate security & to protect the servers from any possible sign of crashes/downtime. And this year we are deploying heavy-duty servers with NVMe Drives, which would not only improve the overall performance but also offer the latest hardware for your applications and systems.

We shall be monitoring the complete process and shall update you as soon as all the services and accounts are active on the new server.
